Born and raised in Jacksonville, FL, Chase O’Steen brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Terra Innovations team. A graduate of The University of Mississippi with a degree in business, Chase has built a diverse career spanning real estate, home building, and retail. His well-rounded expertise and strategic mindset make him an invaluable asset in delivering high-end, luxury homes to discerning buyers.

Ginny Becker
Ginny leads Terra’s holistic design direction with an artful lens, prioritizing the harmonious relationship between form and function. With a masters degree in art history from American University, and a bachelor’s of art from the University of Richmond, she
seamlessly combines the foundations of classic art with the modern nuances of family living. Before starting Terra Innovations with her husband Billy, Ginny leveraged her multitude of art degrees and passion for fine art while working at Christie’s, Guarisco Gallery and the National Gallery of Art in Washington, DC. At Terra, she identifies new sites and locations for potential projects and oversees selections and design details to create a cohesive and artistic collaboration between the home and the landscape. As a mother to four school-age children, she values highly usable spaces for families and groups while highlighting comfortable and aesthetically pleasing visuals.

Dick Koch
Dick leads the company’s technology infrastructure and information systems while driving AI adoption across all business functions. He focuses on efficient operations and embedding AI to transform workflows in finance, marketing, operations, and project delivery. By blending CIO responsibilities with AI leadership, he helps the company streamline complex projects, enhance client experiences, and stay competitive. A former Bank of America Regional Executive (Mid-Atlantic Mortgage Lending) and University of Maryland graduate, he brings real-estate depth that delivers faster execution, better outcomes, and a durable edge.
Vice President and General Manager
TJ Paterick
TJ Paterick is Vice President and General Manager of Terra Innovations, where he oversees day-to-day operations and the execution and scaling of the firm’s development and investment platform across multiple markets. He brings a disciplined operator’s mindset to the business, managing the full project lifecycle from land sourcing and underwriting through construction, delivery, and sale, while leading operating cadence and cross-functional coordination across development, finance, construction, and sales. Working closely with executive leadership, investors, lenders, and operating partners, TJ helps translate strategy into execution through refined underwriting, standardized processes, and disciplined capital deployment, with a focus on building durable teams and predictable outcomes as Terra Innovations grows.

Jack Swezey
Jake brings more than 50 years of aviation experience spanning military, commercial, and private operations. He began his career as an Army helicopter crew chief before earning a commission as an Army officer, aviator, and instructor, later transferring to the Navy to fly carrier-based jet attack aircraft and support special missions programs. Following active duty, Jack expanded his expertise across organ-transplant logistics aviation, factory flight testing for Raytheon Defense, fractional jet operations, and airline service as a B737 pilot with AirTran Airways and Southwest Airlines. After retiring from the airlines, he continued supporting elite aviation programs with Delta’s private jet division and international extradition missions for the Department of Justice and U.S. Marshals Service. Now based in Ponte Vedra Beach, he focuses on aviation management, operations, and maintenance, bringing deep operational knowledge and disciplined leadership to every flight.

Adam LaBare
Adam is a marketing and sales leader known for building brands that connect, convert, and scale. With a background that spans global sports, enterprise digital platforms, and lifestyle-driven real estate, Adam has consistently launched strategies that generate meaningful growth. He started his career with the PGA TOUR, where he learned to market on a world stage, and later brought that same energy to Web.com, delivering results for businesses across the country through smart, scalable digital campaigns.
At Terra Innovations, Adam leads the charge on all things brand, marketing, and sales—shaping the way luxury properties and creative spaces are brought to market and experienced. Whether he’s refining go-to-market strategies or creating campaigns that resonate with high-end buyers, Adam brings a rare mix of strategic clarity and hands-on execution. Outside of work, he’s all about family time with his wife and two sons, and if there’s a baseball game on, chances are they’re watching it—together, loud, and fully invested.

Brenna Brisson
Brenna brings a creative mindset and a global perspective to everything she does. She earned a double MBA through an international program based in Germany, Poland, and South Korea, where she was exposed to a wide range of global brands and business strategies. Her background includes working in International Media at the PGA TOUR and leading social media for a property management group in St. Augustine, Florida—experiences that sharpened her skills in storytelling, branding, and digital engagement.

Max Linder
Max is a former college football player who excelled on the field at Middle Tennessee State University. After his athletic career, Max pursued higher education, earning an MBA from Florida Tech in 2020. This academic background laid the groundwork for his entry into the realm of real estate. Over the past few years, Max has been actively involved in various facets of real estate and residential construction throughout Northeast Florida, where he has gained extensive experience. In the fall of 2021, he obtained his Florida real estate license and then went on to become a certified residential contractor in the state of Florida in early 2023.
As a Development Project Manager for Terra, Max finds passion and fulfillment in all stages of the real estate and construction process, relishing the opportunity to see projects come to fruition. He thrives on challenges, enjoys problem-solving, and values collaborative teamwork as essential components of achieving success in his endeavors.

Taylor Rider
Taylor’s passion for inspiring young minds led her to earn her undergraduate education degree from Clemson University and her masters from the University of South Carolina. Taylor brings academic excellence to the table in everything she does for Terra Innovations, including her attention to detail, innovative problem-solving, and strong technology background, making her an asset for driving organizational success.
As the mother of three daughters, she understand the importance of strong relationships and effective communications. Taylor enjoys spending time on Lake Murray, hiking in the North Carolina mountains, and traveling with her children and husband. With experience as a church Youth Director and elementary school teacher, Taylor is always striving to foster personal growth and mentor those around her.

Kim, a finance professional with a degree from Miami University, launched her career at NVR Inc, excelling in new home sales and achieving top-producer status in the mortgage department, consistently closing over $40 million annually. Recognized for her outstanding contributions, she qualified for the prestigious President’s Club and garnered accolades for exceptional customer service.
After a spending time at Bank of America and then taking a break to start a family, Kim returned to professional life at Terra Innovations as Development Project Manager. Currently, she oversees development projects, collaborates with builders, and evaluates potential ventures, leveraging her expertise across the development lifecycle.

With over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Rick stands as a seasoned expert in progressive construction and project management. For 20 years, Rick has successfully managed his own company where his dedication to exceptional customer service and profound knowledge of building methods have set him apart. His expertise spans the rugged terrains of Alaska to the sunny shores of Jamaica, showcasing his versatility and adaptability in diverse environments.
Rick’s passion for all phases of the design and build process is matched only by his exceptional eye for detail. He believes in the motto “work hard, play hard,” a philosophy that drives his commitment to excellence both on and off the job site. When he’s not overseeing the creation of Terra Innovations’ stunning homes, Rick can be found indulging in his favorite pastimes: the adrenaline rush of mountain biking, the excitement of wakeboarding, and the rhythmic artistry behind a drum kit. His multifaceted interests reflect his vibrant approach to life and work, making him a true connoisseur of both craftsmanship and adventure.

Louis Kines
Louis brings construction and development skills to Terra’s team, with almost a decade of single family residential construction, and holds a builder’s license in Florida as well as South Carolina. He graduated from Clemson University in 2009, and lived in Atlanta, GA and Charleston, SC for several years before moving to St. Augustine, FL with his wife Annie, and their two wild pups, Pearl and Jack. When he’s not working, you can find Louis at the beach with Annie and the dogs, or doing DIY projects around the house.

Aron Price
Meet Aron Price, a real estate dynamo originally from Sydney, Australia. He made the leap to the United States in 2002 to pursue golf, earning a scholarship at Georgia Southern University. After making a name for himself as a top 10 amateur globally, Aron turned pro, playing on various tours, including the PGA Tour until 2018. In 2018, Aron followed his passion for real estate and each year since, he’s grown his expertise and sales, culminating in $17 million in transactions in 2023.

Tamara Vomastek is a Northern Michigan real estate broker known for her strategic approach, refined marketing, and strength in complex negotiations. As the Broker of Terra Real Estate, she specializes in waterfront homes, acreage, estate properties, and development opportunities throughout the region. Tamara has represented multi-million-dollar listings and intricate estate sales involving trusts and LLCs, earning a reputation for clarity, professionalism, and results. She believes presentation drives value and is known for positioning properties intentionally to attract the right buyers.

Jessica Hamby, a Florida native and graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Finance and Real Estate, brings more than 20 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry. She began her career at Bank of America before transitioning into builder finance, where she focused on land development budgeting, land bank investments, due diligence, and REIT-funded projects for a national homebuilder.
Beyond her professional expertise, Jessica is active in her community as a member of The Church of Eleven22 and several local organizations. She enjoys spending time with her daughter and is passionate about contributing her knowledge and experience to help drive growth in Terra Innovations’ real estate development and investment initiatives.

Born and raised in Honduras, Elise is currently completing her degree at the University of Florida (Go Gators!), while she simultaneously manages our Terra accounting. With a decade of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and various accounting processes within the train and automotive industries, she brings a wealth of expertise to the accounting table.

Kathy Lahr
Kathy is an experienced Executive Assistant supporting C-suite leaders, blending strategic business support with personal management to keep operations running seamlessly. Before this role, she spent over a decade in public relations and event marketing with Mercedes-Benz, leading initiatives for the prestigious Maybach and SLR McLaren brands. Her expertise spans VIP client engagement, logistics, and luxury brand marketing at the highest level. Outside of work, Kathy enjoys mountain biking, relaxing by the beach, and exploring new destinations.

Gena Jankowski
With over 35 years of human resources and operations experience, Gena has dedicated her career to fostering strong corporate cultures within three luxury automotive retail organizations. Her main focus has always been on empowering and motivating team members to reach their fullest potential, while simultaneously driving continuous business growth. In August 2023, she transitioned into retirement from the automotive industry.
Gena is now the People Operations Director at Terra Innovations, where she ensures the effective management of employee performance, engagement, and well-being within Terra. On a personal note, she has been happily married to her husband, Ron, for over 40 years, and are proud grandparents to eight wonderful grandchildren.

Chef Ellie Rose
Ellie Rose Schultze is a chef and entrepreneur with a passion for creating memorable food experiences and building community through hospitality. Trained in the culinary arts at the Natural Gourmet Institute in NYC and holding a BS in business administration from the University of Central Florida, she brings both creativity and expertise to her work.
Her extensive travels to over 50 countries continue to inspire her culinary perspective and love of cultural exchange. She is excited to bring her background in food, design, and hospitality to The Office and Terra Innovations. Outside of the kitchen, Ellie enjoys gardening, exploring local art and music, and spending time with her family, always valuing connection and bringing people together over great food.

After a rewarding 40-year federal career in Analysis, Avionics, Intelligence, and Logistics, David built a successful transportation business in Jacksonville. Encouraged by Billy Becker, he partnered with Terra Innovations – an opportunity that continues to bring him fulfillment each day. As part of Team Terra, David is dedicated to providing reliable transportation solutions (along with some old-school insights) strengthened by the wisdom & perspective gained through a lifetime of experience.

A Bolivian native, Marcello is one of the longest standing and legacy members of the Terra team. A family man living in Fort Washington, MD, you can find Marcello on his bike or spending time with his family when he’s not artfully crafting Terra Innovations homes and projects.
