Accounting Manager

Job Brief:
Terra Innovations is a fast-growing real estate and asset development firm, with residential, commercial, and industrial projects in Florida, Maryland, Virgina, Michigan, Montana, and Missouri. Our team offers best in class development through modern design and a thoughtful balance between form and function. This position will manage all accounting duties for the company projects, holdings, and assets.
Accounting Manager Responsibilities:
- Managing accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Create bi-weekly project expense reports.
- Provide project and division financial analysis.
- Perform monthly construction draws.
- Manage insurance policies relating to construction Liability and Risk.
- Manage payroll and expense reimbursement.
- Other duties as assigned.
Marketing Coordinator Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting duties.
- Real Estate or construction background preferred.
- Selfless, hardworking and goal oriented.
- QuickBooks expertise
- Use of project management software preferred (Monday.com, HubSpot and others)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required
