Terra Innovations is a fast-growing real estate and asset development firm, with residential, commercial, and industrial projects in Florida, Maryland, Virgina, Michigan, Montana, and Missouri. Our team offers best in class development through modern design and a thoughtful balance between form and function.  This position will support the Design Manager to create beautiful spaces in our residential and commercial products and will be based in or around Bethesda, MD.

Design Technican Responsibilities:

• Design cabinet layouts.
• Coordinate with vendors to get estimates, specify products and ordering.
• Document project selections.
• Organize project documents.
• Assist with the design and selection of all finish elements, including but not limited to, appliances, flooring, countertops, hardware, pluming and electrical fixtures, paint colors, and trim details.
• Track and manage the design/allowance budget for projects.
• Meet with vendors onsite, and in offices.
• Other duties as assigned.

Design Technician Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of administrative duties.
• Real Estate or construction background preferred.
• Experience with Cabinet Design (20/20 design software preferred).
• Selfless, hardworking and goal oriented.
• Microsoft Office suite
• Use of project management software preferred (Monday.com, HubSpot and others)
