Job Brief:
We are seeking a marketing coordinator with outstanding organizational and creative skills, who can support campaign and marketing asset and content development and management. This individual should possess excellent communication and writing skills, as well as experience in social media and content development.
Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Develop and support strategic marketing initiatives and activities
- Implement marketing plans that include print and online content
- Develop and regularly post marketing content across web and social
- Support the marketing and operations teams by coordinating, creating and resourcing content
- Support operations and leadership team with administrative responsiblities and requests
- Setup tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.
- Develop and manage all internal communication systems.
- Create, maintain and strengthen the organization’s overall brand through all media avenues
- Manage content across our various web and partner channelsÂ
- Collaborate with operations and leadership to develop marketing assets, renderings and more for our portfolioÂ
- Organize and streamline service offerings into user-friendly concepts.
- Manage print contractors and other promotional vendors.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids for clients and management
Marketing Coordinator Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in marketing/communications or related fieldÂ
- Two years of experience in content management, creative writing, and marketing channels
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies
- Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior.
- Proficient knowledge of CMS & CRM systemsÂ
- Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis
- Solid organizational skills and detail oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite preferredÂ
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite requiredÂ
