Job Brief:

Terra Innovations is a fast-growing real estate and asset development firm, with residential, commercial, and industrial projects in Florida, Maryland, Virgina, Michigan, Montana, and Missouri. Our team offers best in class development through modern design and a thoughtful balance between form and function. This position will be focused on managing high end residential and commercial projects across the companies portfolio. Project locations are TBD so applicants must be comfortable with both onsite and remote project management.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated successful track record managing residential and commercial development and construction.
• Exemplary written and verbal communications skills.
• Experience managing local and state regulatory permitting processes.
• The ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity across a wide geographic area.
• Responsibility developing and managing project budgets and schedules.
• Track and report project statuses through weekly and monthly reports.
• Perform Due Diligence activities related to project acquisition.
• Manage a diverse team of vendors and partners throughout our project area.

Project Manager Requirements:

• Degree in marketing and/or business administration
• Minimum of 5 years of building, construction, and development experience with a progressive increase in responsibility.
• Real Estate background preferred.
• Selfless, hardworking and goal oriented.
• Microsoft office suite
• Use of project management software preferred (Monday.com, HubSpot and others)
