Ginny Becker
Ginny leads Terra’s holistic design direction with an artful lens, prioritizing the harmonious relationship between form and function. With a masters degree in art history from American University, and a bachelor’s of art from the University of Richmond, she
seamlessly combines the foundations of classic art with the modern nuances of family living. Before starting Terra Innovations with her husband Billy, Ginny leveraged her multitude of art degrees and passion for fine art while working at Christie’s, Guarisco Gallery and the National Gallery of Art in Washington, DC. At Terra, she identifies new sites and locations for potential projects and oversees selections and design details to create a cohesive and artistic collaboration between the home and the landscape. As a mother to four school-age children, she values highly usable spaces for families and groups while highlighting comfortable and aesthetically pleasing visuals.

Adrianna Garcia
Adrianna Garcia’s design career began when she was selected into the Magnet Visual Fine Arts Program for Middle & High School, where she focused on 2D Design and Portraits. She later pursued a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and Architecture, with a minor in Business Administration, at West Virginia University. In 2018, Adrianna started creating designs and selling décor to her local community, gaining experience and building her resume. She has had the privilege of working with industry experts, including Design Masters like Tanya Smith-Shiflett, founder of Unique Kitchens and Baths.

Sarah is a New England native with a passion for housing development. Following her graduation from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, she embarked on a journey in hotel management before transitioning seamlessly into the realm of real estate development. Over the past eight years, Sarah has dedicated herself to crafting affordable housing solutions across New England, ranging from occupied rehabilitations to new construction.

Taylor Rider
Taylor’s passion for inspiring young minds led her to earn her undergraduate education degree from Clemson University and her masters from the University of South Carolina. Taylor brings academic excellence to the table in everything she does for Terra Innovations, including her attention to detail, innovative problem-solving, and strong technology background, making her an asset for driving organizational success.
As the mother of three daughters, she understand the importance of strong relationships and effective communications. Taylor enjoys spending time on Lake Murray, hiking in the North Carolina mountains, and traveling with her children and husband. With experience as a church Youth Director and elementary school teacher, Taylor is always striving to foster personal growth and mentor those around her.

Kim Koch
Kim, a finance professional with a degree from Miami University, launched her career at NVR Inc, excelling in new home sales and achieving top-producer status in the mortgage department, consistently closing over $40 million annually. Recognized for her outstanding contributions, she qualified for the prestigious President’s Club and garnered accolades for exceptional customer service.
After a spending time at Bank of America and then taking a break to start a family, Kim returned to professional life at Terra Innovations as Development Project Manager. Currently, she oversees development projects, collaborates with builders, and evaluates potential ventures, leveraging her expertise across the development lifecycle.

Max Linder
Max is a former college football player who excelled on the field at Middle Tennessee State University. After his athletic career, Max pursued higher education, earning an MBA from Florida Tech in 2020. This academic background laid the groundwork for his entry into the realm of real estate. Over the past few years, Max has been actively involved in various facets of real estate and residential construction throughout Northeast Florida, where he has gained extensive experience. In the fall of 2021, he obtained his Florida real estate license and then went on to become a certified residential contractor in the state of Florida in early 2023.
As a Development Project Manager for Terra, Max finds passion and fulfillment in all stages of the real estate and construction process, relishing the opportunity to see projects come to fruition. He thrives on challenges, enjoys problem-solving, and values collaborative teamwork as essential components of achieving success in his endeavors.

Kacci Diehl, a Florida native and graduate of Florida State University has over 25 years of business ownership experience. With a background in administration, real estate investment, and food service management, she brings a problem-solving spirit and a passion for connecting likeminded individuals and teams. Based in Ponte Vedra Beach for 13 years, Kacci’s expertise and dedication shine through the surf instruction camp owned by her and her husband, as well as the local and authentic connections she possesses throughout the Jacksonville area.

With over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Rick stands as a seasoned expert in progressive construction and project management. For 20 years, Rick has successfully managed his own company where his dedication to exceptional customer service and profound knowledge of building methods have set him apart. His expertise spans the rugged terrains of Alaska to the sunny shores of Jamaica, showcasing his versatility and adaptability in diverse environments.
Rick’s passion for all phases of the design and build process is matched only by his exceptional eye for detail. He believes in the motto “work hard, play hard,” a philosophy that drives his commitment to excellence both on and off the job site. When he’s not overseeing the creation of Terra Innovations’ stunning homes, Rick can be found indulging in his favorite pastimes: the adrenaline rush of mountain biking, the excitement of wakeboarding, and the rhythmic artistry behind a drum kit. His multifaceted interests reflect his vibrant approach to life and work, making him a true connoisseur of both craftsmanship and adventure.

After making a name for himself as a top 10 amateur globally, Aron turned pro, playing on various tours, including the PGA Tour until 2018. In 2018, Aron followed his passion for real estate and each year since, he’s grown his expertise and sales, culminating in $17 million in transactions in 2023.

With over fifteen years of successful salon and spa ownership, Tamara seamlessly transitioned to real estate and has been guiding families in Northern Michigan to their dream homes for more than 8 years. Committed to excellence, she assists both listing clients and first-time buyers, ensuring a smooth process. Tamara now aligns herself with Terra Innovations, sharing their values. Most recently, Tamara secured her brokerage license, providing her with the role and title of Real Estate Broker for Terra Innovations.

Rich Mallory, ESQ
As Terra Innovations’ in-house attorney, Rich serves as general counsel, corporate secretary, and registered service agent for Terra’s broad business interests and investments, as well as assisting with environmental and energy strategic planning.

Tony, originally from Cape Town, South Africa, pursued higher education at the University of Cape Town and later earned an MBA from Cranfield School and Management in the UK. His extensive career spans multiple countries and encompasses roles in Fortune 500 corporations, predominantly in the computer hardware and software industry, covering South Africa, the UK, and the USA.

Elise Williams
Born and raised in Honduras, Elise is currently completing her degree at the University of Florida (Go Gators!), while she simultaneously manages our Terra accounting. With a decade of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and various accounting processes within the train and automotive industries, she brings a wealth of expertise to the accounting table.

Jessica Hamby
Jessica Hamby is a seasoned finance professional with over 25 years of experience in accounting, specializing in the construction space. A graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Finance and Real Estate, Jessica has spent ten years in the Jacksonville homebuilding market, successfully closing over 2,000 homes per year. Her expertise is deeply rooted in North Florida, where her father was a developer, and she herself is a proud Florida native.
In 2024, Jessica completed the prestigious Harvard Business Management Program, further enhancing her leadership and business acumen. She has called the Ponte Vedra area home for the past 10 years.
Outside of her professional achievements, Jessica loves spending time at the beach, cheering on FSU college football, and watching her daughter play soccer.

Gena Jankowski
With over 35 years of human resources and operations experience, Gena has dedicated her career to fostering strong corporate cultures within three luxury automotive retail organizations. Her main focus has always been on empowering and motivating team members to reach their fullest potential, while simultaneously driving continuous business growth. In August 2023, she transitioned into retirement from the automotive industry.
Gena is now the People Operations Director at Terra Innovations, where she ensures the effective management of employee performance, engagement, and well-being within Terra. On a personal note, she has been happily married to her husband, Ron, for over 40 years, and are proud grandparents to eight wonderful grandchildren.

Holli Scott has over 15 years’ experience in the real estate industry, with a strong background in property management and real estate sales. Holli’s dedication continues to thrive with our company, as she assists the President and team with all projects.
A proud Floridian, Holli was born and raised in the Sunshine State, where she has cultivated her love for both the local community and its vibrant culture. She attended Douglas Anderson School of the Arts for Piano and attended Florida Community College for business on a piano scholarship. New to our company in 2024 Holli is looking forward to growing with us.

Born in Bolivia, Richie is an integral and longtime member of the Terra Innovations team. As a craftsman, he’s supported us in creating homes that are both thoughtful and beautiful and no job is too big or too small. Residing in Rockville, MD, you can find Richie playing soccer and video games when not on a Terra job.
