Job Brief:
We are seeking a self-starting sales associate with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team as a sales associate for Terra Jet Club. The individual should be experienced with selling to UHNW audiences and the private aviation industry. This role can start either as a full-time employee or a contract 1099 salesperson.
Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Be a self-starter with strong listening and speaking skills and impeccable communication/writing skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Respond to all incoming leads and calls in a timely and appropriate manner
- Generate new outbound lead opportunities from past experience
- Follow up with prospects and successfully move them through the sales pipeline
- Develop a personalized understanding of each prospects’s aviation needs
- Harvest the Terra Jet Club database for opportunities to re-engage leads
- Collaborate with marketing to develop necessary sales materials and collateral
- Work with accounting to ensure a seamless billing process
- Respond to incoming clients inquiries as needed
- Support and communicate flight requests with appropriate personnel
- Record all client information and sales activity in HubSpot
Sales Associate Requirements:
- Degree in marketing and/or business administration
- 5+ years sales experience in aviation or sales to high-net-worth audiences
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to think quickly
- Powerful negotiation skills and tactics to close deals
- A proven track record of closing high revenue yield deals
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies
- Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior.
- Proficient knowledge of CRM systems (Hubspot preferred)
- Solid organizational skills and detail oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required
